- Personally, I think this is one of easiest ways to cleanse your body naturally! Starting your day off with warm water and a freshly squeezed lemon will get you right girl! - Ya’ll know I had to include some type of tea! That coffee that you have every morning is NOT helping you girl! Make the time to swap your coffee with green tea. Green tea has caffeine in it so won’t be dragging in the morning, but if you don’t feel like its enough buy green tea with matcha! Aside from just being better for you green tea does a great job at cleaning your digestive system while boosting your bodies metabolism.
- This has been my favorite way to detox thus far! The results have been AMAZING!!! Girl, my skin’s been *sings in my Beyonce voice*, SHINING SHINING, SHINING, SHINING YEAHHHH! The benefits of chlorophyll feels endless, which is great since it’s such an easy way to cleanse yourself. Chlorophyll is basically what gives plants that reach green color. What’s really great about chlorophyll is that there are many different ways you can ingest it, just incase you hate the way chlorophyll water tastes (it taste like plant water, but you can get mint flavor!) If you purchase chlorophyll liquid you can mix a teaspoon of it in a 8 oz. water bottle to make chlorophyll water and drink that for the day. Or if you don’t want to be stuck with it all day you can drink chlorophyll shots which would make it a detox shot. Or you can take it in pill form.
